As always, the universe works in mysterious ways. It's twists and turns of fate often sweeps us off our feet, like a gigantic wave, making us tumble round and round.
By chance, an old friend/aquaintance added me on FB. Lo-behold, she's a friend of the ex-bf, Mr. La faber. So, I clicked away at adding her, defining the connection between us as mutual friends with the ex. But, suprise suprise! what's this? His name was missing from my list.
No, Im not upset that he deleted me. It just makes me wonder what would prompt him to do that. When we broke up, we were on good terms, friends and all that. What had changed between then and now?
It irks me that if he has a problem with me, he is choosing to keep it away from me rather than confronting me. Or perhaps the minor confrontation that we had months ago is the issue here. Nonetheless, if we have already broken up, why all the pettiness and resentment?
Besides, knowing him, he's probably off bitching about me to all who would listen, like he did Lisha. (and then realisation hits! i AM like Lisha..)
Ah well, just thought this random bit of the universe' perverse idea of fun should be shared.
(that and I'm feeling bored and unsettled)
